Find Your Perfect Fit
All Catharsis garments are made with 100% organic cotton. They have a comfortable, relaxed fit — not too tight, not too loose. Here's everything you need to find your size.
How to Measure
Grab a measuring tape and a t-shirt that fits you well. Lay it flat and measure:
- Chest (A) — Measure across the chest, 2.5 cm below the armpit seam, from edge to edge. Multiply by 2 for full circumference.
- Length (B) — From the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem.
- Sleeve (C) — From the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve.
Tip: If you're between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

- Machine wash cold (30°C max) — inside out
- Do not tumble dry — hang dry or lay flat
- Iron on reverse side only, avoiding the print
