TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When your order is ready, we will send you an email with all the shipping information and a link to track it through the delivery company. If this link doesn't work, don't worry. The delivery company takes a few hours to input the tracking information into their systems, so it may take up to 24 hours (up to 48 hours for shipments outside Spain) to be updated.

If your order goes through customs, we are not responsible for any additional costs this may entail or any increase in the indicated delivery time.

TIME AND SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are €3.90 anywhere in Spain, mainland, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and €5.90 for international orders. Shipping is free on orders from €39, in Spain and internationally.

The shipping time for your order is from 2 to 7 working days. Once it leaves our warehouse, it will be delivered within 24 hours. This is only applicable to shipments in Spain. For shipments outside Spain, the time will depend on the destination country, as it may go through customs and tariffs that generate some extra time for delivery.

APPLICABLE TAXES

The price of the marketed products is indicated next to the descriptive card of each one of them and include the Value Added Tax (VAT). If any other tax were applicable, this would be indicated.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective product send us pictures where the defect is clearly shown to verify it through this form and give you a solution.

WRONG ORDER

If you receive your order incorrectly send us an image through this form where you can see everything you have received with their respective references in the package and we will give you a solution once verified the content.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Here's how:

Contact us through our contact form and we'll send you the return form for your order.
Ship the item(s) to: Catharsis, Calle Polysol Uno, 46, 41500, Alcalá de Guadaíra, Sevilla, España.
Once we receive and verify the return, we'll process the refund to your original payment method.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (we recommend Correos as the most affordable option). If you prefer an exchange instead, the shipping for your new order is on us, completely free.

SIZES AND MEASUREMENTS

Find your product in our size guide and compare the measurements with a garment that fits you well. Available sizes are shown on each product page.

PAYMENT METHODS

The only payment methods accepted are PayPal and credit or debit card. We do not accept other payment methods such as cash on delivery or bank transfer.

If you have any problem when finalizing the payment, you can try to access with other devices (PC, mobile, tablet,...) or with other browsers (Safari, Chrome, Mozilla,...). In case of paying by card, make sure it accepts online purchases and if it is a wallet card that you have at least 1€ more than the amount of the order.

If you still get an error, send us an screenshot so we can check the actual bug you are experiencing so we can fix it.

RAFFLES AND PROMOTIONS

The commercial sweepstakes and prizes distributed through our social networks are exempt from commercial value and therefore from warranty; if a defect is detected upon receipt, please notify contact form as soon as possible. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

ABOUT OUR PRODUCTION PROCESS

In order to make each of the CATHARSIS T-shirts, it is necessary the textile, the manipulation, the design and the printing. In each and every part we make sure that all the people involved have a decent salary and conditions.

Handling, design and printing are done in Spain in your warehouse.

Regarding the fabric of your clothes, it is currently made in Bangladesh. In this sense we are aware that they do not always offer decent wages and working conditions. For this reason we only work with suppliers who assure us and certify that they offer decent wages and working conditions as:

Freedom of choice of employment
Freedom of association and organization among workers.
Freedom of collective bargaining.
Absence of discrimination, especially of gender and ethnicity.
Absence of child labour.
Decent wage conditions.
Decent and responsible working day.
Safe and healthy working conditions.
Right to an employment contract.
Anti-corruption.
Protection of the environment and surroundings throughout the production chain.
Products that are safe for health and the environment (do not contain substances that are harmful to health and the environment).
