TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When your order is ready, we will send you an email with all the tracking information and a link to track your order.

When your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an SMS or email from our shipping companies (MRW or Correos) with a tracking number.

To check the status of your order, go to the MRW (http://www.mrw.es/) or Correos (https://www.correos.es/ss/Satellite/site/aplicacion-localizador_envios-herramientas_y_apps/detalle_app-sidioma=es_ES) tracking page.

If the tracking number doesn't work, don't worry. It takes a few hours for the shipping company to enter the tracking information into their systems, try it again later.

If your order goes through customs, we are not responsible for any additional costs that this could generate or the increase on delivery time it might add.

 

SHIPPING TIME AND COSTS

Shipping costs are 3.90€ to the Iberian Peninsula and 5.90€ to the Balearic Islands, as a regular standard shipping order.

For international shipments, check the price shown at the last step of your purchase process.

International shipments might take longer to be delivered and it's hard to stablish a concrete timing. In general terms, international orders might take 10-20 working days to be delivered.

IMPUTHESE APPLICABLE

The price of the marketed products is indicated next to the descriptive card of each one of them and include the Value Added Tax (VAT). If any other tax were applicable, this would be indicated.

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective product send us pictures where the defect is clearly shown to verify it through this form and give you a solution.

 

WRONG ORDER

If you receive your order incorrectly send us an image through this form where you can see everything you have received with their respective references in the package and we will give you a solution once verified the content.

 

CHANGES IN YOUR ORDER

If you want to make a change of one of the items you have received, we need you to indicate us through this form the change you are requesting. You must pay 3.90 € for shipping costs (Peninsula) or the corresponding in your geographical area to a standard shipping.

Once we receive your request we will send you a link so you can pay the shipping costs. The same courier who delivers your new order will pick up the old one.

 

RETURNS

You have 30 days to return your order.

You must pay 3.90 € as shipping costs (Peninsula) which will be deducted from the cost of the item to be returned. If you return your order from a different geographical area than the one where you received it, the shipping costs will be the ones from the standard shipping of your initial order.

Once we receive your request of return, we will send you a label from the post office so that you can return the order to us by dropping it off at any post office.

Articles under offer or for special events

Only regular priced items will be refunded. Unfortunately, products on sale or for a special event cannot be refunded. Exchanges or returns for vouchers will be accepted.

 

SIZES AND MEASUREMENTS

On the product page you can find the available sizes in the "Size" selector. Below the checkout button, by clicking on "Sizes" you can see the exact dimensions of each size. Please check out the image at the end of this section.

Only the available sizes shown in the size selector are available.

Unfortunately, there is no standardization in the dimensions of the sizes. That's why we can't give you an exact equivalence.

 

Step 1: Measure yourself

Outline: Measure around the widest part, just below the sleeves, using the measuring tape horizontally.

Measure tall: Measure a t-shirt from the side edge of the collar to the bottom edge of the garment, with the tape vertical.

 

Step 2: Find your size

We recommend that you measure the garment you like the most in your wardrobe, and choose the size that is closest to these measurements.

Use this table to choose your size. If you hesitate between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit, or the larger size for a looser fit.

PAYMENT METHODS

The only payment methods accepted are PayPal and credit or debit card. We do not accept other payment methods such as cash on delivery or bank transfer.

If you have any problem when finalizing the payment, you can try to access with other devices (PC, mobile, tablet,...) or with other browsers (Safari, Chrome, Mozilla,...). In case of paying by card, make sure it accepts online purchases and if it is a wallet card that you have at least 1€ more than the amount of the order.

RAFFLES AND PROMOTIONS

The commercial sweepstakes and prizes distributed through our social networks are exempt from commercial value and therefore from warranty; if a defect is detected upon receipt, please notify  contact form as soon as possible. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

 

ABOUT OUR PRODUCTION PROCESS

In order to make each of the CATHARSIS T-shirts, it is necessary the textile, the manipulation, the design and the printing. In each and every part we make sure that all the people involved have a decent salary and conditions.
Handling, design and printing are done in Spain in your warehouse.
Regarding the fabric of your clothes, it is currently made in Bangladesh. In this sense we are aware that they do not always offer decent wages and working conditions. For this reason we only work with suppliers who assure us and certify that they offer decent wages and working conditions as:

  • Freedom of association and organization among workers.
  • Freedom of collective bargaining.
  • Absence of discrimination, especially of gender and ethnicity.
  • Absence of child labour.
  • Decent wage conditions.
  • Decent and responsible working day.
