TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When your order is ready, we will send you an email with all the shipping information and a link to track it through the delivery company. If this link doesn't work, don't worry. The delivery company takes a few hours to input the tracking information into their systems, so it may take up to 24 hours (up to 48 hours for shipments outside Spain) to be updated.

If your order goes through customs, we are not responsible for any additional costs this may entail or any increase in the indicated delivery time.

TIME AND SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are €3.90 to the Peninsula, €5.90 to the Balearic Islands, and €5.90 for shipments outside of Spain, unless special discounts are applied.

The shipping time for your order is from 2 to 7 working days. Once it leaves our warehouse, it will be delivered within 24 hours. This is only applicable to shipments in Spain. For shipments outside Spain, the time will depend on the destination country, as it may go through customs and tariffs that generate some extra time for delivery.

APPLICABLE TAXES

The price of the marketed products is indicated next to the descriptive card of each one of them and include the Value Added Tax (VAT). If any other tax were applicable, this would be indicated.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective product send us pictures where the defect is clearly shown to verify it through this form and give you a solution.

WRONG ORDER

If you receive your order incorrectly send us an image through this form where you can see everything you have received with their respective references in the package and we will give you a solution once verified the content.

RETOURS ET REMBOURSEMENTS

Si votre commande ne vous convient pas, vous pouvez demander un retour dans un délai de 30 jours à compter de la réception. Voici comment procéder :

1. Contactez-nous via notre formulaire de contact et nous vous enverrons le formulaire de retour pour votre commande.
2. Envoyez le(s) article(s) à : Catharsis, C/ Pino Silvestre, nave 11, 41016 – Séville, Espagne.
3. Dès réception et vérification du retour, nous procéderons au remboursement sur votre mode de paiement original.

Les articles doivent être non portés, non lavés et dans leur état d'origine, avec les étiquettes attachées. Les frais de retour sont à la charge du client (nous recommandons Correos comme option la plus économique). Si vous préférez un échange, les frais d'envoi de la nouvelle commande sont à notre charge — entièrement gratuits.

SIZES AND MEASUREMENTS

On the product page you can find the available sizes in the "Size" selector. Below the checkout button, by clicking on "Sizes" you can see the exact dimensions of each size. Please check out the image at the end of this section.

Only the available sizes shown in the size selector are available.

Unfortunately, there is no standardization in the dimensions of the sizes. That's why we can't give you an exact equivalence.

Step 1: Measure yourself

Outline: Measure around the widest part, just below the sleeves, using the measuring tape horizontally. Measure tall: Measure a t-shirt from the side edge of the collar to the bottom edge of the garment, with the tape vertical.

Step 2: Find your size

We recommend that you measure the garment you like the most in your wardrobe, and choose the size that is closest to these measurements.

Use this table to choose your size. If you hesitate between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit, or the larger size for a looser fit.

PAYMENT METHODS

The only payment methods accepted are PayPal and credit or debit card. We do not accept other payment methods such as cash on delivery or bank transfer.

If you have any problem when finalizing the payment, you can try to access with other devices (PC, mobile, tablet,...) or with other browsers (Safari, Chrome, Mozilla,...). In case of paying by card, make sure it accepts online purchases and if it is a wallet card that you have at least 1€ more than the amount of the order.

If you still get an error, send us an screenshot so we can check the actual bug you are experiencing so we can fix it.
