CATHARSIS CREATIVE STUDIO®
Very specific
concepts.
Very good T-shirts.
That’s basically it.

It usually starts
with a thought.
Catharsis is a T-shirt and accessories brand born in Barcelona.
We make things about everyday rituals, minor emotional crises, coping mechanisms, food, hobbies and daily thoughts. Sometimes it’s a boundary. Sometimes it’s a personality trait. Sometimes it’s just about paella.
If you read it and think “okay, same”, that’s kind of the point.
BARCELONASEVILLA
The joke only works
if the T-shirt does.
Designed in Barcelona and screen-printed by hand in Seville.
Made from organic cotton and produced under strict certified standards for quality, ethical working conditions and more sustainable production. Learn more in Sustainability.
We care about the fit, the fabric and how it feels after wearing it for twelve hours, not just what’s printed on it.
Relaxed or cropped. Measurements, composition and care details are on every product page.
Because a good design on a bad T-shirt is still a bad T-shirt.

HOUSE OF PROCESS
Some things are better
decided in person.
Our shop is in Barcelona’s Gothic Quarter.
Come try things on, touch the fabric and spend ten minutes deciding between two sizes before choosing the first one.
We get it.
