Muy mala experiencia. El pedido llegó casi un mes después de realizar el pedido y, por tanto, el pago.
Me puse en contacto con vosotros porque el pedido no llegaba y la justificación era que estaban sobrepasados por las peticiones durante las rebajas.
Casualidad que llegó en septiembre, mes que supone la vuelta de las vacaciones.
Hubiese agradecido un aviso en la web indicando que los pedidos se estaban demorando y el tiempo estimado de recepción. Entonces me lo hubiese pensado y optado por otra tienda, ya que lo quería para un regalo para un aniversario que se celebraba dos semanas después de lanzar la orden!!
