Return & Refund Policy

If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your purchase. You only need your order number and the email address you used when placing the order.

How to process a return:

  1. Contact us through our contact form so we can send you the return form for your order.
  2. Ship the item(s) to be returned to the following address:

  3. Receive your refund. Once we receive and verify the returned item(s), we'll notify you by email and process the refund to the original payment method used for your purchase.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using Correos as the most affordable option.
  • If you'd like to exchange an item instead of returning it, the shipping cost for the new order is on us — completely free.
